Inside Anthology Volume 17:
From the editor…
Welcome to Anthology Volume 17, a very special issue for many reasons.
This issue marks our international launch and partnership with WhiteCirc, who facilitate bespoke circulation services for luxury publishers. They will distribute Anthology to some of the world’s largest magazine retailers in major cities across the globe. The magazine will also be available to purchase at their online shop: www.boutiquemags.com
Anthology will, from now on, be issued biannually and continue to bring readers commentary on exciting travel destinations, the best in art, design, culture and fashion.
In this issue, our travel stories bring us to Albarracín, on the southern edge of Aragón, one of Spain’s most beautiful villages. We also visit Lake Garda and its surrounds, including Gardone, famous for the Vittoriale degli Italiani, home of the soldier-poet Gabriele D’Annunzio, which is now a prestigious museum.
We bring you on a tour of the Sistine Chapel and explore the frescoes painted by Michelangelo and other prominent artists of the Italian High Renaissance, which are the subject of a new limited-edition, three-volume publication.
For music lovers, we focus on the pipe organ, the ‘king of instruments’ that has long captivated those in the fields of music, art, liturgy and technology.
Finally, we offer some practical tips for achieving a happier and more enriching life. And on that note, it’s time once again to be happy, relax and enjoy Anthology’s collection of beautiful experiences.
